商品の返品または交換は「商品に不良箇所がある」「ご注文内容と異なる」場合で「未使用品」のみ対応させて頂きます。

返品の際は、段ボール箱でお届けの商品は必ず商品到着時の段ボール箱にてご返送下さい。
その他は、運送途上で汚損が生じないようにしっかり梱包した上でご返送お願い致します。
【商品に不備があった場合】
梱包時に最終検品をし商品には万全を記しておりますが、万一商品に不備があった場合(誤品配送・破損・汚損等)は至急対応させて頂きます。

We only handle returns or exchanges for "unused items" in cases where there are defects in the product or if the received item differs from your order. Please contact us via email within 7 days from the shipping date and within 3 days from the arrival date. Kindly note that we cannot accommodate requests beyond this timeframe.

If there is no prior contact, we won't be able to accept returns or exchanges, so please be cautious. After receiving your notification, we will provide further details on the return or exchange process.
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
・Items that have been in your possession for more than 7 days from the shipping date and 3 days from the arrival date.
・Used or laundered items.
・Items with opened outer packaging film or vinyl.
・ Items lacking all originally included items at the time of delivery.
・Items with damage or stains occurring after the product's arrival.
When returning items, ensure that cardboard-boxed products are sent back in the original cardboard box from the time of arrival. For other items, please securely pack them to prevent damage during transport.

We will cover the return shipping cost. Upon confirming the defect, we will either replace the item or issue a refund. If no defects are found, we will return the product to you.
Additionally, we cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:

【For returns due to customer preference:】

【Return Deadline:】
Within 7 days from the shipping date and 3 days from the arrival date. We cannot process returns beyond this deadline.
【Return Shipping Fee:】
For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. We will cover the cost for defective items.
【Cooling-off System:】
