1992年発売のBruce Springsteen「Human Touch」のレコードジャケットを飾った有名なモデルで、1930年にモンゴメリーワードから発信された「MADE IN THE WEST」を売り文句にカタログを飾った”JEWELED BUCKLE RODEO BELT”のリプロダクト。
製造は1920年に創業したコロラド州デンバーのベルトメーカーで「WESTERN DRESS BELT」のパイオニアだ。
1930年代初期から変わらぬ代表的なフローラルとエッグプラントのエンボスデザインにNorth & Judd社製の角形バックル（ガラスジュエル付き）の組合せと、四角とダイヤが交互に連続するスポッツ＆ジュエルのデザインを見事に再現している。
ジュエルは1930年代の特徴である輝きの強い「ヨーロピアンガラスジュエル」の貴重なデッドストックが付属する。
「WESTERN DRESS BELT」の第一人者であるデンバーのベルトメーカーの特徴を忠実に再現した逸品だ。
尚バックル交換可能なホック式は、ここでしか手に入らない「DOWNTOWN GANG」の特別仕様となっている。

A reproduction of the famous "JEWELED BUCKLE RODEO BELT," featured on the record jacket of Bruce Springsteen's 1992 release "Human Touch." This iconic model, boasting the slogan "MADE IN THE WEST," adorned catalogs since its inception in 1930, originating from Montgomery Ward.
Manufactured by a belt maker in Denver, Colorado, established in 1920, renowned as a pioneer in "WESTERN DRESS BELT" production. Faithfully recreating the timeless embossed design of floral and eggplant motifs from the early 1930s, paired with a square buckle from North & Judd featuring a glass jewel. The design also captures the alternating square and diamond pattern of spots and jewels.
The jewels included are precious deadstock of the brilliant "European Glass Jewels," characteristic of the 1930s. This masterpiece authentically replicates the features of Denver's belt maker, a leading figure in "WESTERN DRESS BELT."
Notably, the buckle is interchangeable with a unique hook mechanism, exclusive to "DOWNTOWN GANG." This allows for swapping between different-colored jewels or even removing the jewel, providing versatility to match various moods and situations.
